Jatujak

The jatujak is a huge market where you can buy almost everything, if you look long enough for it and don’t get lost. From clothes, plants, food, traditional handmade stuff over furniture you can get a lot of curious things here. jan and I explored the whole market in order to get all the things he needed for his long stay in Thailand and new zee land and in the end we got absorbed by the turbulent atmosphere that we forgot about the time and made poor patricia wait for us for 30 minutes in the heat of the day. Jan and I are still working on becoming gentlemen but so far we screw it up sometimes…
After a trip in the “skytrain” – in Bangkok there is no subway, so all the highways and also the rails of the skytrain are built above the normal streets – we got into a rush as we had to reach the train to surat thani and to fairy to koh pha gnan.

El jatujak es un mercado enorme donde se puede comprar cosas de todo tipo, solo es una questión de buscar, tener suerte y no perderte. Ropa, plantas, cosas tradicionales de la cultura tailandesa, muebles, hay un montón de cosas curiosas aquí. Jan y yo exploramos el mercado entero en búsqueda de todas las cosas que necesitaba para su larga estancia en koh pha gnan y nueva zelanda y al final nos perdimos tanto en la caza que nos alvidamos del tiempo dejamos esperar a la pobre patricia en el sol durante media hora en el calor del día. Jan y ao estamos en pleno proceso de convertirnos en autenticos gentlemen pero de vez en cuando la cagamos a saco...
Cogimos el “skytrain” – no hay metro en bang kok, incluso las autopistas estan construidas encima de las carreteras – y llegamos justo a tiempo para subirnos al tren hacia surat thani.
